As a newly founded mental health counseling center, Cedar Tree faced significant challenges in building their brand and acquiring new clients. Despite offering exceptional services, they struggled to stand out in a crowded market and attract the attention of their target audience. This resulted in limited visibility, low brand recognition, and a stagnant client base. They needed a strategic approach to elevate their brand presence and drive customer acquisition in a competitive landscape.
To address these challenges, we implemented a two-fold strategy focusing on brand building and lead generation. We started by creating engaging social media posts to establish a strong brand identity. Over the first two months, our efforts were concentrated on building brand recognition in the local market, ensuring that our client's brand stood out amidst competitors. Once the brand had gained sufficient recognition, we transitioned to high-quality lead generation campaigns targeted at both the local and statewide markets. These campaigns were designed to push potential clients further down the sales funnel, converting brand awareness into tangible leads. After two months of successfully targeting the local market, we expanded our reach by offering telehealth services statewide. This expansion allowed us to capitalize on the brand recognition we had built, reaching a larger audience and further driving customer acquisition.
